About Sally
Welcome to the Bob Estle Chevrolet of Defiance website. I'm Sally Thornell, a warranty administrator at the dealership. I joined the team in April 2021 and look forward to building lasting relationships amongst my colleagues and customers. The best aspects of my job are meeting new people and helping solve their vehicle needs. I listen to our clients and go above and beyond to provide accurate, detailed, and helpful information. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family and friends, especially my husband, Randy, and my three daughters and four grandsons. I grew up in Defiance, OH, and graduated from Ayersville High School. I also love to ride my motorcycle, read, and play with my dogs Jax and Raven, and my pig, Olive. I was an MP in the Army for eight years and served in the Gulf War. It feels great to be a part of a company that works hard for its customers, employees, and the community it serves.
